Causes of Large Pores

Large pores can be divided into 6 categories: oil type, aging type, dehydration type, keratin type, inflammation type, and improper care type.

1. Oil-type large pores

More common in teens and oily skin. There is a lot of oil in the T part of the face, the pores are enlarged in a U-shape, and the skin is yellow and greasy.

It is recommended to cleanse the skin daily to control oily skin.

2. Aging-type large pores

With age, collagen is lost at 300-500 mg/day from age 25. Collagen loses its vitality and cannot support pores, causing pores to loosen and become larger. The aging pores hang down in the shape of water droplets, and the pores are connected in a linear arrangement.

It is recommended to supplement collagen, with anti-aging programs to improve skin plumpness and elasticity. Use sunscreen daily.

3. Dehydration-type large pores

The skin is obviously dry, the keratin at the opening of the pores is thinned, the pores are obviously enlarged, and the pores are oval.

4. Keratin-type large pores

Mostly in people with improper cleaning, the biggest feature of keratinous pores is abnormal keratin metabolism. The stratum corneum cannot fall off normally, and it mixes with the sebum in the pores to block the pores.

5. Inflammatory-type large pores

6. Improper care leads to large pores

It is recommended to do daily sun protection, do not over-skin care.
